In 2001, the Performance Enhancement Group, Ltd. (PEG) gathered a group of noted advancement professionals. Those professionals represented eleven well-known colleges and universities. Working together, they designed a better way to gather and analyze alumni feedback. Their goal was also to convert alumni perceptions and preferences into actionable information. The Alumni Attitude Study© is the product of their work. It is routinely reviewed to ensure its continued effectiveness.
