About PEG, Ltd.

Our History

The Performance Enhancement Group (PEG, Ltd.) is a limited liability company established in early 1992. Its founders are Mr. Rob Shoss and Mr. Lynn Greene. Together they brought over twenty-five years of consulting experience in the oil industry. That experience, in turn, forged a shared vision for quantifying organizational performance. It also created a vision for doing so in new, innovative ways.

From its start, PEG Ltd. developed robust and reliable systems of metrics for organizational planning and development. Many of these systems built on The Birkman Method. 

Our Philosophy

PEG Ltd.’s started as an organizational development consulting firm. It focuses on helping clients improve their individual employees, project teams and enterprise.
 
Arie de Geus was a noted organizational learning expert. He held positions with Royal Dutch Shell and as a Visiting Fellow at the London Business School. He stated that “learning faster than your competitors is the only sustainable competitive advantage in an environment of rapid innovation and change.”
 
We share that conviction. We strive to assure that our clients learn important and valuable insights.
 
Our mission is to help our clients improve their organization’s performance. Our role is to apply quantitative measures to business areas that often don’t get measured. This includes customer relationships and human resources.
