Rob Shoss - President & Managing Consultant

Rob Shoss co-founded the Performance Enhancement Group, Ltd. (PEG, Ltd.) in 1992.
 
PEG Ltd. was founded as an organizational development consulting firm. It specializes in helping companies measure what is often considered unmeasurable.
 
In 2001, Rob convened a group of noted institutional advancement professionals. They represented 11 well-known colleges and universities. With their collaboration, Rob developed the Alumni Attitude Study©. It provided new measures of alumni perceptions for a broad range of organizations.
 
Since 2001, more than 1 million alumni have responded to the Alumni Attitude Study©. Over 350 colleges, universities, secondary schools and fraternal organizations have participated. The Alumni Attitude Study© has been used more than 700 times. Rob has managed each of those studies.

Ally Lamb - Vice President of Operations & Client Engagement

Ally Lamb leads the operations of PEG Ltd. and serves as the main contact for each client’s Alumni Attitude Study©. As a result, she is in frequent contact with institutional advancement professionals through the United States and Canada.
 
Ally has expertise in all phases of survey research. This includes instrument design, distribution, analysis, presentation, and application of results. She also provides guidance on a wide range of client concerns. That includes topics such as sampling, question design, branding, and communications.
 
Before joining PEG, Ltd., Ally worked at Lone Star College in The Woodlands, Texas near Houston. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Political Science. Both degrees are from Sam Houston State University.

Caroline Taylor, Ph.D. - Executive Director of Research & Analytics

Caroline Taylor serves as the Executive Director of Research & Analytics for the Alumni Attitude Study©. She delivers statistical results derived from the Alumni Attitude Study©.

Caroline conducts analyses that leverage data-rich observations to further optimize alumni engagement and attitudes. She is committed to delivering comprehensive quantitative and qualitative results for each client. Caroline synthesizes visual presentations for the purpose of articulating crucial findings tailored to each client and their specific objectives.

She holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Virginia Tech and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Emory & Henry College.

Dylan Rood - Director of Operations & Client Engagement

Dylan Rood serves as the Director of Operations & Client Engagement for the Alumni Attitude Study©. He delivers exceptional service to our clients through the duration of their Alumni Attitude Study©. He will help serve as an additional point of contact for any matter related to the Alumni Attitude Study©.

He works directly with Ally Lamb and the rest of the team to ensure that each client receives the same exceptional service.

Before joining PEG, Ltd, Dylan worked at Delta Sigma Phi fraternity and has been in the higher education industry for the entirety of his career. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western Carolina University.

 

Avery Woodlief - Project Assistant

Avery Woodlief is a student at Texas A&M University. He started working for Alumni Attitude Study© as a data entry specialist. He has researched the Alumni Attitude Study© market including university administrations and alumni associations.
 
Avery is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics. He plans to pursue a career in artificial intelligence.

Lynn Greene - Consultant

Lynn Greene cofounded the Performance Enhancement Group, Ltd. (PEG Ltd.) in 1992.  He also co-developed a software allowing organizations to assess their infrastructure systems.  Lynn has over 35 years of consulting experience. He is the world’s most respected consultant using The Birkman Method.  He has also developed and implemented new business processes in a wide range of organizations. Those processes have focused on improving individual, team and enterprise-wide performance.
