Rob Shoss - President & Managing Consultant

Rob Shoss is a founding Member (1992) of PEG, Ltd. In 2001, Rob worked with leading alumni and development executives from higher education institutions across the country to develop the first Alumni Attitude Study©. The resulting database has gathered over 1,000,000 respondents from more than 320 different institutions, with many having participated in the Study multiple times, over the last 22 years.
 
Rob has a unique ability to bring both right-brain and left-brain insights to this work. His presentation of the findings is often cited as one of the most valuable components of the survey project. He is adept at presenting to all parts of the campus, from the trustees to general audiences that include alumni and faculty/staff.
 
Over the last two decades, Rob has published numerous articles on national alumni trends for CASE Currents. He has presented Alumni Attitude Study© results on how institutions are developing data-driven programs and communication strategies targeted at the needs of their alumni at CASE, CAAE, APSEC, and other professional conferences.

Ally Lamb - Vice President of Operations & Client Engagement

Ally Lamb leads the operations of PEG Ltd. and serves as the main contact for each client’s Alumni Attitude Study©. As a result, she is in frequent contact with institutional advancement professionals throughout the United States and the world.
 
Ally has expertise in all phases of survey research. This includes instrument design, distribution, analysis, presentation, and application of results. She also provides guidance on a wide range of client concerns. That includes topics such as sampling, question design, branding, and communications.
 
Before joining PEG, Ltd., Ally worked at Lone Star College near Houston. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Political Science. Both degrees are from Sam Houston State University.

Caroline Taylor, Ph.D. - Executive Director of Research & Analytics

Caroline Taylor serves as the Executive Director of Research & Analytics. She delivers statistical results derived from the Alumni Attitude Study©.

Caroline conducts analyses that leverage data-rich observations to further optimize alumni engagement and attitudes. She is committed to delivering comprehensive quantitative and qualitative results for each client. Caroline synthesizes visual presentations for the purpose of articulating crucial findings tailored to each client and their specific objectives.

She holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Virginia Tech and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Emory & Henry College.

Dylan Rood - Director of Operations & Client Engagement

Dylan Rood serves as the Director of Operations & Client Engagement for the Alumni Attitude Study©. He delivers exceptional service to our clients through the duration of their Alumni Attitude Study©. He will help serve as a point of contact for all clients.

Before joining PEG, Ltd., Dylan worked at Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity and has been in the higher education industry for the entirety of his career. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western Carolina University.

Avery Woodlief - Project Assistant

Avery Woodlief is currently a student at Texas A&M University. He started working for Alumni Attitude Study© as a data entry specialist. He has researched the higher education and advancement industry, including university administrations and alumni associations.
 
Avery is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics. He plans to pursue a career in artificial intelligence.

Lynn Greene - Consultant

Lynn Greene cofounded PEG, Ltd. in 1992.  He also co-developed a software allowing organizations to assess their infrastructure systems.  Lynn has over 35 years of consulting experience. He is the world’s most respected consultant using The Birkman Method.  He has also developed and implemented new business processes in a wide range of organizations. Those processes have focused on improving individual, team and enterprise-wide performance.
